I am currently an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business at the University of Missouri. Previously I was working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Darden School of Business. My primary research focus is on agency problems delegated asset management. In other work I examine the effect of fear and anxiety on mutual fund flows, as well as households' stock market decisions. 

My current projects examine the performance implications of management team disclosures, and the performance of ethnically diverse fund managers. Further details on my current research projects can be found here and information on my teaching experience may be found here.
